Building Committee Report:
        A switch for the gate was installed and is located in the kitchen
        Cameras are ordered and hopefully will be installed next week.

Old business:

 

  • Keys
    • They are here and will be put into service this meeting
    • Keys were given to the Koppel Fire Department
  • Turkey Shoots
    • $1,321.99 total profit
    • Everyone who came really enjoyed them.
  • Sound system
    • Shawn Cox was reimbursed $259.31 for the sound system.
    • The system is in and running
  • Distance markers
    • They are put up and look great
  • Funeral flowers
    • Bud Sheeler will be handling this.
    • Please contact him if someone from the club passes
  • Audit
    • 2010 is almost complete.




New Business:


  • Clifford Hunt made a motion to reimburse Jessica Tressler $26.33 for cups and spoons seconded by Wayne Hochar: Passed
  • Dick Logan was reimbursed $54.48 for light fixtures.
  • Koppel Big Beaver Fire Department and Big Beaver Fire Department sent thank you notes for receiving the donation we gave.
  • Beaver County Sportsmen’s Conservation League
    • Tony Rich, President and Rich Kerlin, Vice President is here to explain the League.
    • May 2nd Youth Fishing Day
    • Ev Grower made a motion to rejoin the Beaver County Sportsmen’s League for the $250 tier.  Seconded by Bud Sheeler: Passed.
  • WCO Mike Yeck
    • WCO Yeck addressed the ATV issues we are having.
  • Director
    • The nominating committee has two recommendations: Shawn Cox and Walt Kazenski
    • Mike Dachko made motion to nominate Walt Kazenski seconded by Carl Taylor : Passed
    • Jimmy Skoczylas made a motion to nominate Shawn Cox seconded by Wayne Hochar: passed
    • A vote was taken and Walt Kazenski won the majority of the votes.

Shawn Cox made a motion to accept the four new members and Anthony Belczyk
 seconded it: Passed.

Febuary Update

 Good Morning everyone!  As most of you know last week was the monthly meeting however we did not have a regular membership meeting. The officers got together and conducted the meeting due to COVID. Here is what has been going on at the club. KBBSA bought 41 acres. The cemetery was given to KBBSA by the Orthodox Diocese. A plot plan was sent to us.  KBBSA are on the list to have a contractor build our building for our range filters.  KBBSA joined the PFSC KBBSA will not be having spring turkey shoots and hopes that we will be having them in he fall.  There was a change in directors due to a passing.   Even though our website and Facebook has been quite please make sure to check those along with your email for any updates on meetings.  I have been flooded with new membership emails, with in those emails I am almost 100% certain I have missed a non new member email. I am asking everyone to please be patient while I sort threw all of these emails. We just accepted new members during F

June 2019 Meeting Highlights

Date: 6.27.19   Cell Tower : A sit down will be happening in the near future.   Gas Line : Papers are signed. They will be starting the first quarter of 2020. A bill from the Arnett Carbis Toothman was paid for $1450.   CMP renewal certificate came in the mail. New Members Torrey Cox
