March 2015 Minutes Old business: Dinner 102 people attended Everything went really well. Thank you to all those who helped. Spent $1422.85 Income: $1290.00 Net Loss of $132.85 Distance markers for inside the club house Ev Grower made a motion to purchase the distance markers seconded by Rene Baldwin Yardage markers for $139.10 through Promotional Innovations. Key’s Keys are ordered and will be here next week. Jessica Tressler was reimbursed $427.76 for the purchase of keys.   Atv’s The WCO for our county has notified us about the ATV’s and will be patrolling are area for the ATV’s A motion was made by Chris Walter to reimburse Rene Baldwin $78.24 for picture materials seconded by Shawn Cox. April 2015 Minutes Building Committee Report:         A switch for the gate was installed and is located in the kitchen         Cameras are ordered and hopefully will be installed next week. Old business:   Keys They are here and will be put into service this meeting Keys were given to the Koppel Fire Department Turkey Shoots $1,321.99 total profit Everyone who came really enjoyed them. Sound system Shawn Cox was reimbursed $259.31 for the sound system. The system is in and running Distance markers They are put up and look great Funeral flowers Bud Sheeler will be handling this. May 2015 Minutes Old business: Cameras Are in hand and will be put up soon. Gate Discussion was held about placing an opener on the second gate. Shawn Cox made a motion to put an opener on the second gate with a maximum of $1,000 Second Mike Dachko: passed. Furnace The officers discussed and brought to the club the idea of purchasing a new furnace. Estimates will be brought back to the members. Digging The officers discussed some ditches that need dug such as a culvert and conduit. An estimate will be brought back to the club. Fence The fence was redone outside the club by the patio. Audit The audit will be placed on hold due to the chairman stepping down because of illness. We must get these done, volunteers are needed for this. KBBSA Scholorship

Scholarship Award KBBSA is giving away a scholarship to a student who will be attending a posts secondary school this coming fall! If you have any questions please feel free to email: kbbsa1@gmail.com Purpose: Scholarships are intended for our future leaders across a wide spectrum of fields of study. This award is available to high school seniors who will be attending post secondary education.   This award is intended to build and foster learning.   Scholarships are based on good character, community service and academic stability. Award: Students will be awarded $500.00 per year towards tuition as long as they are enrolled in the institution of Post Secondary Learning in which they were accepted. Maximum Award per individual $2000.00 Student must provide proof of grades in June of each year to be eligible for the following year’s award.   Student must maintain a grade point average of 2.8 to receive yearly award.
