August 2024 Meeting Highlight's Membership dues were sent out. Gate: Some diagnosis was completed on the gate. Board down at the gate was diagnosed as bad. Stump grinding:We will be getting princes to grind the stumps. Ed, Chairman of the nomination committee, shared that there is no other nominations. Dick  Casted the vote that Jerry- president, Jessica – Secretary, Ed- Director.

 Meeting Highlights for June 2024 Officers Report: Election of officers: Please turn in all nominations by July’s meeting. Old Business: Gate The gate was repaired, however went down during the recent storms. The gate is currently standing open. Out Door Range Ply-wood will be replaced on the outdoor range. There will be a discussion on whether or not a pistol range can be placed on the outdoor range; price will be brought to the next meeting. New Members: Bob Winters Daniel Wehar Michael Kampmeyer It is also reminded that renewal forms will be sent out with in the next month or two. Please make sure to email if your address has changed since last renewal or if you have not received a renewal form in the past. Thank you JJT

Taxes went up.     Liability Insurance: A motion was made to pay the insurance.     A member offered to paint the outside of the club house, will come back next month to discuss this.                    

First energy will be coming to trim and clean up their right away. Starting this summer.     Trees We will be getting quotes to cut down a few dead trees and cleaning up the left hand side of the driveway.   OSB or plywood is needed to be purchased for the pistol targets, approximately 5 sheets. A motion was made by Wayne and seconded by Brian to purchase the five sheets: passed.   Hats here is some interest in getting hats made again. We will be getting prices on embroidered hats
