June's Meeting

Here is the highlights from the June's meeting: 

  • Big Knob Fair
    •  Tickets for the fair are bought $2 each or 3 for $5. 
  • Larry Tooch stated that people are shooting on adjacent property to the club grounds. The noise is very loud and excessive.  Larry suggested writing a letter to the borough
  • Fundraiser  
    • Travis Jeffries has the towels for sale. Towels will be sold for $5.00 
    • Discussion was held on having a poker shoot. Will cost $3 a round. Suggested about having the shoot the last Sunday in July or first Sunday in August.  Also a side shoot is being discussed.  
    • Travis Jeffries made a motion to have a poker shoot at the beginning of August details to be worked out Dean Schuller seconded: Passed   
    • Fundraiser meeting same night as board meeting (second Thursday of the month).
  • There was a reminder that a temporary website has been published. Please check the website from time to time due to upcoming changes.

August 2024 Meeting Highlights

August 2024 Meeting Highlight's Membership dues were sent out. Gate: Some diagnosis was completed on the gate. Board down at the gate was diagnosed as bad. Stump grinding:We will be getting princes to grind the stumps. Ed, Chairman of the nomination committee, shared that there is no other nominations. Dick  Casted the vote that Jerry- president, Jessica – Secretary, Ed- Director.
