A New DVR was voted on and bought ·          Wildlife Leadership Academy a motion was made to pay part of the tuition for Hannah Dean, Shenango High School, to go to the Wildlife Leadership Academy: passed Membership plan New Members: Currently the membership is closed and will have a cap of 400. Sponsors have to be a member for a year before they are able to sponsor anyone to join. April Highlights Self-Protection for Woman KBBSA is hosting a self-protection for woman class off of site with ten women. Turkey Shoots Four shoots Gave two money prizes at final shoot $95 and $200. February Meeting Highlights Survey: The survey is complete. Laminated copies will be placed in the club; also there will be survey copies available to any club member who wants them. Membership agreed to leaving post and sign options up to the Directors and officers.   Dinner: Friday March 10 th 6:00pm clean up, Dinner on March 11 Bullseye and Compact practice Bullseye practice is going well. Wednesday’s at 7PM Compact shooting starting on the first and third Thursday of the month at 7pm Turkey Shoots Burt Neff made a motion to have the spring Turkey shoots seconded by Linda Watcher: Passed. Starting on March 15, 7:00, once rounds are full shooting will start. Indoor Range The indoor range is being shot up again, the directors and officers are considering the shutdown of the range.
Obedience Classes offered for your sub-compact or compact pistol We will cover home and range safety rules, types of pistols, type of sights training the mind, sight picture, grip and the promotion of basic shooting skill at 7yd.s Classes will be conducted under the NRA range rules of organized pistol shooting at the KBBSA indoor Range. The classes will be on the first and third Thursday of each month starting on Thursday, February 16, 2017 at 7:00 PM Attend as many classes that you feel you need to train your pistol.
